Case of Direct Sinus Lift grafting & Indirect Sinus Lift and Simultaneous Dental Implant placement .
A patient came with missing upper right and left first molar .On X-ray examination bone was very less as maxillary sinus were Pneumatized .Residual Bone available on right side was 1-2 mm and on left side was 7 mm . So a Direct Sinus lift grafting for right side first molar and indirect sinus lift grafting for left side First molar was planned and Immediate Dental Implants were placed . Cerabone and Beta Tri calcium phosphate mix was used as graft .Titanium mesh was used to secure the right side Dental Implant as the residual bone height was less .
