A male 50 year patient came with grade 2 mobile right first and second premolar and missing right first and second molar .He also had pain in lower left first molar . On X ray upper first and second premolar had bone loss and maxillary bone at first and second molar was deficient . Also in lower first molar periapical lesion was seen and bone loss was there and tooth had poor prognosis . SO it was decided to go for immediate implants at site first and second premolar and implant with indirect sinus lift at upper second molar. Dfdba mixed with Beta Tricalclium Phosphate was used for indirect sinus lift, also the jumping distance at first and second premolar was grafted . In lower first molar the tooth was extracted and the site was curreted and implant of size 5 X 10 mm was placed and the site was grafted and covered with chorionic membrane .
