A 50 year old female patient with her missing left molars and mobile right second molar wanted a fixed replacement . On Radio graphic examination , due to less height of bone on left side direct lift with simultaneous implant placement was planned. Osteem LAS kit was used for lateral window preparation. Schenederian membrane was lifted with currets and 5 X 11.5 mm implant was placed .Beta Tricalcium phosphate graft was placed along with Autologous bone graft recovered during lateral window preparation and chorionic collagen membrane was placed and site was sutured. Simultaneously opposite side second molar was also extracted and immediate implant was placed.
