Immediate dental Implant for replacing a right lower first molar along with grafting in Jumping distance :
A patient came with severe pain , sinus tract , tender tooth . On X ray examaination a “J shape defect” was seen . On crown removal a vertical fracture was seen . Immediate Implant was planned .Atraumatic extraction was done . Ankylos 4.5 X 14 mm implant placed . Cerabone graft is placed in the site . Customized healing cap was made with Implant holder , cutting excess part and using a flowable compound all around it .
