Immediate Dental Implant with Indirect sinus lift Grafting :-
A 70 year old with many carious tooth came with pain in upper right posterior region .On X-ray examination second molar and third molar were grossly decayed . First molar had vertical fracture up to apex ,so it was decided to extract all three molars. It was a difficult case as bone was very less and Even the quality of bone was poor .It was decided to do immediate Dental implant in first and second molar area . Bone was less due to bone loss , residual.bone was 6-7 mm. Indirect lift grafting was done and Cerabone was used for grafting. Figure of eight suturing was done .
