Young boy complains of gaps between teeth also wanted to get replaced old composite done elsewhere because of color mismatch and visible crack line.
After isolation, Old composite was removed, tooth was rough edged and sandblasted using #AquaCare. After etching bonding, heated composite and #Bioclear matrix were used to fill the diastema.
Since the adjacent tooth has beautiful micro and nano effects, monoshade technique of bioclear made crack line still visible. So composite was removed over crack line and dual shades with tints were used to mask the crack line and simulate adjacent tooth. Finishing and polishing followed by occlusal adjustments were done. Similar steps followed for lowers.
